High accuracy densimeters for lact units

The real-time measurement of the fluid density in a guarded transfer unit is very important to have a detailed record of the quality of the delivered product, and to guarantee the least possible uncertainty in the volume calculations in standard condition. In addition, it is essential in those LACT Units that use mass flow meters that are calibrated with volumetric provers.

SUDESCO CORP & Densitrak offer an online density measurement with an uncertainty of only 0.1 kg / m³ and the possibility of easily integrating it with flow computers (such as OMNI) through its analogue 4-20mA or frequency outputs. Sampling accessories are also supplied, to install the density meter on the main line or in a by-pass, which can include the process taps for a pycnometer.
