LACT Units in Stock
Automated Custody Transfer Systems are designed for accurate measurement and sampling of various hydrocarbon liquids ranging in viscosity from 2 to 5000 centistokes.
These units are manufacturer, proved and ready to be delivered to final destination. There are available in two different sizes:
- 2” for 2500 bdp (17 m3/h)
- 3” for 9600 bdp (64 m3/h)
The complete LACT skid includes inlet basket strainers, air eliminators, Coriolis flow meters, back pressure control valve, suction/discharge piping, valves, instrumentation, controls, & is designed to minimize field assembly. All piping is hydrotested and includes high quality industrial coating system.

Fuel Gas Conditioning Package
Integrated Flow Solutions Fuel Gas Conditioning Skids are designed to protect natural gas fueled engines and turbines from liquid slugs, solids (< 0.1 microns) and liquid aerosols. Additionally, the fuel gas is superheated above the hydrocarbon and water dew points to prevent liquid condensation in the turbine’s combustion chambers. These systems meet or exceed reciprocating engine and turbine manufacturers’ fuel gas quality specifications providing dry, clean fuel to increase the life of the equipment.
Process simulation is validated/guaranteed using “Aspen Plus”. Skid has ASME stamped vessels such as scrubbers, separator, coalecers and filters and electric process heaters INTEGRAHEAT. It has also local control panel.

Production Sand Removal Package
Desanding skids or desander packages are designed to remove sand deposited in oil & gas equipment (production separators, inlet separators, crude oil dehydrators, etc.) without interrupting operation.
Increased sand content in the produced oil & gas stream is usually the result of reduced wellhead pressure to increase production. Sand accumulated in the separation vessel is automatically dumped into a sand receiver for disposal.
IFS Sand Removal Package can process fluids with sand concentrations up to 15% by weight and can remove sand particle size down to 1 µ with and efficiency up to 98%.
This unit includes hydrocyclone separator technology using ceramic liners, slurry pump, automated PLC. All piping is hydrotested and includes high quality industrial coating system.

Chemical Injection Pump Package
IFS Standard Chemical Injection Systems are predesigned, packaged and fully tested for a wide range of liquid chemical treatment applications.
Systems can handle:
- -Flows from 0.1 to 1000 gph
- -Pressures from 50 to 1800 psig
The complete system includes a chemical storage tank, two 100% heavy duty API 675 metering/dosing pumps or API 674 reciprocating pumps, instruments, tubing, valves, calibration column and filtration.

Manifolds
The gas or oil production coming from the wells can be sent to test or production separators. Using an arrangement of valves (that can be remotelly controlled), the manifolds has multiple inputs and outputs that are used to select what well is being tested and what wells are sent to the production separator for further processing.

Separators are mechanical devices intended to release the entrained gas from the liquid phase, and to separate water from oil when required.
Our supply of bi-phase or tri-phase separators can include also all the related devices for the optimal operation: flowmeters, pressure, level and temperature transmitters, on/off and control valves, interphase controller, RTU, etc.
