LEAK DETECTION IN VALVES
Smart and mobile inspection service to detect leakages in valves. We use acoustic emission (ultrasound) sensors that detect turbulent flows created by leaks. The sensors are connected to a smartphone where a software guides the user step-by-step through the inspection and automatically detects leaks. The measurement does not interfere with the manufacturing process, nor does it require training or expertise. This way valves can be regularly inspected for leakage, in order to reduce losses and avoid unnecessary downtime and replacement of valves.
