Serie FQ

Specifications:

The Bernard Controls FQ is a range of failsafe electric actuators with reliable spring-return technology, ensuring automatic opening or closing even without power supply.

The range covers torques of 40Nm to 500Nm in three phase, single phase and direct current.

It has a fast and shock-free valve travel during emergency operation and the Fail Safe condition can be used for operation on detection of emergency signals such as: Loss of Signal Abnormal Temperature Loss of Control Power . It is available in quarter turn on/off, modulating and ATEX. These valves are more or less Maintenance-free and have IP67 weatherproofing as standard.

FSE Series

Self-contained electro-hydraulic actuator combining modern electricity and the power of hydraulics.

The new FSE range from Bernard Controls is specifically designed to be used in ESD valve applications, both for high pressure ball valves or triple offset butterfly valves (TCV).

In the event of a power failure to the solenoid, the spring will drive the FSE actuator and valve to the safety position. When power is restored (no spring reset required), the actuator is immediately available for normal operation.

• Torque range: 25 to 700,000 Nm for rotary valves
• Thrust range from 1.2 to 8000 kN for linear actuators.
• Integrated control for On-Off and modulating Class III services
• Enclosure: IP 67 with approval for hazardous areas according to ATEX / IEC EX.
• Maintenance-free self-contained system without the need for HPU, thereby avoiding oil leakage problems.
• Very precise hydraulic control with non-intrusive actuator adjustments.
• LCD screen with indication without abbreviations complemented with position indication LEDs.
• Local commands with two selectors, which can be remotely inhibited if necessary.
• Advanced monitoring and diagnostic functions of the integrated control: emergency stop (ESD), partial stroke test (PST), timer, customization of alarms among other functions.

The new AT range of multi-turn electric actuators has been designed to meet customers' need for solutions that combine performance, ease of use and competitiveness in the energy, water and industrial sectors.

With 6 models under the FIRST BC series, the AT range of multi-turn electric actuators has been created for moderate environmental and operational limitations, to offer users the essentials: to operate their valve safely and efficiently in case of standard applications. .

In fact, with a totally new and innovative design, AT actuators combine ease of use, high quality, reliability and competitiveness. These products propose key features such as the highest strength powder coating, a modular position sensor that allows up to 1700 turns with the same product, or wide stem acceptance.

In addition, AT models are also easily adaptable for rising stem valves. Last but not least, AT actuators offer the usual Bernard Controls features for greater reliability and ease of use: engine priority clutchless flywheel, adjustable torque sensor on all models and self-locking technology . They are suitable for On-Off (Class A), positioning (Class B) applications, as well as for modulation applications (Class III).

The AT range is available with two levels of control: SWITCH - non-integrated electromechanical - and the LOGIC integrated control, which has been specially redesigned to include all the functions expected of a modern integrated control. Large LCD display and selectors allow local non-intrusive configurations and is compatible with the most common fieldbus protocols. Bluetooth communication also enables communication with Bernard Controls' new BC APP mobile app to easily configure, operate and maintain electric actuators.

HIPPS Control Systems

PRO CONTROL is an ISO 9001 certified HIPPS (High-Integrity Pressure Protection System) integrator and solution provider with capabilities to engineer, manufacture and supply integrated HIPPS systems both skid assembled or not, in full accordance with clients requirements.

PRO CONTROL HIPPS systems consist of API6D/API6A Valves, Spring Return Actuators, Control Systems, Logic Solver, Field Initiators. Depending on clients requirements these can be supplied as loose items or skid mounted and integrated by using connecting flanged pipes, pups and block and bleed manifolds. These systems can be supplied  on electronic or mechanical version.
